Over Expat Mortgage Platform (EMP):
We willen graag uitbreiden met een extra hypotheekadviseur die klantbelang boven alles stelt. EMP is een snelgroeiend bedrijf welke een landelijke dekking heeft.
Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit: Je komt gezellig naar ons schitterende kantoor op de Aelbrechtskade 65 te Rotterdam en je behandelt je leads per telefoon, mail en Teams. Aangezien we met expats te maken hebben, is het een vereiste om de Engelse taal perfect te beheersen, in woord en geschrift. De persoonlijke benadering naar klanten staat voor ons op nummer 1, jouw klant ziet jou niet alleen als hypotheekadviseur maar ook als steun en toeverlaat. De backoffice zal je helpen als je vragen hebt, tevens ronden zij de dossiers af. Jij mag doen waar je het beste in bent en waar jij je helemaal in thuis voelt, het contact hebben met klanten welke op je hulp zitten te wachten. Voor de juiste man / vrouw is dit de ultieme uitdaging om het verschil te maken voor onze klant. Tevens kun je doorgroeien in het bedrijf.

What does your workday look like: You come to our beautiful office at Aelbrechtskade 65 in Rotterdam and you handle your leads by phone, email and Teams. Since we deal with expats, it is a requirement to have perfect command of the English language, both spoken and written. The personal approach to customers is our number 1 priority, your client sees you not only as a mortgage advisor but also as a support and pillar. The back office will help you if you have questions, they also finalize the files. You get to do what you’re best at and where you feel completely at home, having contact with clients who are waiting for your help.
